  • In a blender, combine the milk, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, cream cheese, and ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries. Serve immediately.

Notes

To avoid clumps, soften cream cheese before blending. Let it sit out for 10–15 minutes or microwave for a few seconds.
