Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1-2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder or collagen
  • A dollop of whipped cream for topping optional

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the almond milk, matcha green tea powder, protein powder, sweetener, banana, and ice. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the frappuccino and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or sweetener. Pour the frappuccino into a glass. Top with a dollop of whipped cream for an extra indulgent touch.

Notes

  • Use good matcha! A lower-quality one can taste bitter. Look for ceremonial or high-grade matcha for the best flavor.
  • Don’t skip the ice. It’s what gives this frappuccino its thick, slushy texture.
  • Blend long enough. You don’t want chunks of ice—blend until smooth!
