Ingredients

  • 1 large round slice seedless watermelon about 1-inch thick

Honey-Yogurt Sauce:

Toppings:

  • 2 tablespoons raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons golden kiwi peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons blueberries
  • Fresh mint leaves optional

Instructions

  • Cut a large, round slice of watermelon, about 1-inch thick. This will be your pizza "base."
  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Spread a generous layer of the honey-yogurt glaze over the watermelon slice. Arrange the raspberries, blackberries, diced yellow kiwi, and blueberries on top of the glazed watermelon slice.
  • Add fresh mint leaves or edible flowers for a decorative touch. Serve immediately as a refreshing dessert or snack.

Notes

  • Best served fresh – the juiciness of the watermelon makes it hard to store long-term.
  • If making ahead, keep the pizza unassembled and add the yogurt and fruit just before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day.
