Ingredients

  • 4 eggs hard-boiled and peeled
  • 4 oz smoked salmon chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt adjust as per taste

Instructions

  • Place the hard-boiled eggs and cream cheese in the food processor. Pulse until smooth and well combined.
  • Transfer it to a mixing bowl and add the chopped smoked salmon, dill, green peppercorns, and lemon juice. Mix well. Taste the dip and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with dill or green peppercorns. Serve with your preferred dippers.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing. This ensures a smoother texture and prevents lumps in the dip.
  • Finely chop the smoked salmon, eggs, and dill to create a cohesive dip with a balanced mix of ingredients in each bite. Avoid large chunks that could overpower the dip’s texture.
