In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, and spices (ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper). Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the mixture. Marinate for at least 15 minutes. You can also marinate it overnight in the refrigerator.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. Place the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked. Transfer to a plate and let it sit for 5 minutes, then chop it into small bite-sized pieces.
