  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1-2 green chilies adjust to taste
  • 1 small piece ginger peeled
  • 1 lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt adjust as per taste
  • ¼-½ cup water

Instructions

  • Scoop out the avocado flesh and combine it with the cilantro, green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, and salt in a blender.
  • Add ¼ cup of water and blend to a smooth paste. Adjust the consistency by adding more water as needed.
  • Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice as required. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
