In a large bowl, combine the oil, fajita seasoning, and salt. Add the chicken and vegetables. Toss until evenly coated.
Place the seasoned chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket, spreading them out into a single layer. Cook in the air fryer at 380℉ for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn the chicken and veggies using tongs or shake the air fryer basket. Cook for an additional 7-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
Serve with warm tortillas, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and any other desired toppings.
Notes
Preheating the air fryer before adding the ingredients will help achieve a nice sear on the chicken and vegetables. Don't skip it!
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket, which can lead to uneven cooking. If necessary, cook the chicken and vegetables in batches.
